Cheryl Chaffee and Bhakti Bliss
Cheryl is a kirtan artist from Bradenton, FL. A singer since age 2, she adores chanting the sacred names of the Divine with others. Her sweet melodies are uplifting and easy to follow along with.
She grew up in All-State & All-County Choruses in NJ, and won 2 Grammy Awards singing with Robert Shaw in the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus. When she first heard kirtan, she found it to be the perfect fusion of two of her loves, yoga and music. In 2009, she founded the Sarasota kirtan group, Palms Together, and has been chanting ever since. Cheryl has sung on the main stage at Bhakti Fest & the One Love Fest in California, led kirtan at the Rasa Lila Fest in both Orlando & Tampa, FL, and led the Hanuman Chalisa at ChantLanta. Her first album, Prashamana, is available wherever you stream music, or can be downloaded directly at https://cherylchaffee.bandcamp.com.
Cheryl is one of the founders of Kirtan Fest SRQ, and the leader of Bhakti Bliss, her kirtan band.
